A brief to refurbish the existing commercial unit and create a maisonette flat to replace the leaking roof, resulted in a spacious 3 bedroom apartment of 125m2 gross internal area, with a large first floor and additional living/playroom.
The ground floor commercial unit was stripped back to the original skin and redesigned into a flexible use office with kitchenette and rear conference room, which is now our office!
