Sited next to a busy town centre junction, working with the stepped internal levels, existing hardwood staircase, addressing the historical areas of damp ingress, and on opening up finding extensive untreated fire damage, the site was rejuvenated and extended into six quirky apartments, including a vaulted gable end feature window in a mid-floor apartment, and vaulted ceiling in the living/dining room of the extensive loft apartment.
