A desire for more entertaining space, a guest suite, and better use of the garden, resulted in a large outbuilding adjacent to the house.
Whilst the house could not be further extended under current planning policies, the outbuilding provides the required indoor spaces with the added benefits of creating definition within the garden, more usable indoor/outdoor spaces, and importantly, external seating spaces sheltered from the wind!
