Hogs Back - Permitted development rear extension within the green belt

With no tolerance left to extend under Guildford’s planning policies, a large rear extension was proposed under Permitted Development rights achieving an additional 39m2 of floor space, resulting in a breakfast space open with the existing kitchen, a new study and snug area open with the existing living room, all with views out over the beautiful countryside.
